Pillar Team Leader Meeting

Dear all:
As we begin the second semester, I would like to regenerate what we called Directors’ meetings in previous years. I would like to invite the Pillar Team leaders to meet on the 2nd Thursday morning of each month. Our goal will be to review progress on the Strategic Plan. Each Pillar leader will be asked to share specifically about the objectives in the plan. They will also be asked to share how the plan influenced other decisions and actions not outlined in the plan. I am excited about this opportunity to share together and learn about the wonderful things that are happening because of the plan to move MCC forward. I think it important that we hear about and provide an opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments.
I have finally moved and have converted the 2nd space upstairs into a very nice conference room. We will meet in the President’s Conference Room on the 9th of January at 8:30. I invite all of you to stop by once we are back in session.
